Go-live

We're in the building on go-live day

For migrating practices, our team is on site for two to three days: a prep day, go-live day, and the day after. We're there to make sure your day flows run as planned, answer questions on the spot, and catch anything missing while it's easy to fix.

Hypercare

Hypercare for the weeks after go-live

Go-live is the start of our support, and we stay close until your team is self-sufficient. In the first weeks you'll have scheduled check-in sessions with your migration team, tapering off as your team finds its feet.

When hypercare ends, you get a full handover to customer success and a dedicated account manager. There's always a named person who knows your practice.
