About Miteki
Dr Miteki Degawa is a veterinary surgeon and Lupa's Head of Demand Generation. She qualified from the University of Bristol in 2015 and spent 10 years in clinical practice in London, working at Goddard Veterinary Group and Vets on the Common before making the move into veterinary technology.
Miteki is registered with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons and based in London.
That clinical background is what she brings to her writing. The questions veterinary practices ask about switching software, managing client communication, or getting value from AI tools are ones she has lived from the other side of the consult room.
