Jerry is the AI assistant built into every page of Lupa. Ask it "What has Bella been vaccinated against in the last two years?" or "Summarise Felix's last three consultations" and it pulls the answer from the live record instantly. Open Jerry on any pet or appointment page and the AI Pet Summary tab generates a one-page health overview. For high-value procedures, submit a pre-authorization before treatment begins to confirm coverage upfront.
The Billing dashboard shows every unpaid invoice across the practice, color-coded by age. Filter by client, amount, or how overdue the debt is. Then send a statement, record a payment, or write off the balance, individually or in bulk. For multi-site groups, the company-level view rolls up aged debt across every clinic.
Every completed invoice with an outstanding balance sits in the Billing dashboard, color-coded by age. Sort by how overdue a debt is, filter by amount, or search for a client. Send a payment link or a reminder email from any invoice row in one click. Select multiple overdue invoices and send bulk reminders in one action. After a consultation, Lupa's AI reviews the clinical notes and treatment record and suggests the relevant services and products to add to the invoice.
