Do I have to switch everything at once?

Many practices run Lupa Pay alongside their existing processor during the transition. Payment links, online deposits, health plan management, and the reporting dashboard activate when Lupa Pay is enabled.

How quickly do I get paid?

Payouts reach your bank account within two working days of the transaction.

What if a client disputes a payment?

Disputes are visible inside the Lupa Pay dashboard. You typically have 7 to 14 days to submit evidence: consent forms, clinical notes, invoice records. Lupa handles the process from there.

Does Lupa Pay work across multiple sites?

Yes. Each site has its own account, payout schedule, and reporting. A parent account gives you visibility across all locations.

Are health plan direct debits available now?

Health plan direct debit management is on the roadmap for later this year. Lupa Pay works alongside your existing health plan provider in the meantime.

What happens if my internet goes down?

Handheld terminals have a built-in SIM. If neither broadband nor mobile signal is available, generate payment links from any connected device and send them by SMS or WhatsApp.
