About Charlie
Charlie Musselwhite is Chief Commercial Officer at Lupa, based in London. He took the role in June 2026.
He joined Lupa in November 2024 as VP Strategy, and from June 2025 to June 2026 he was also General Manager for the UK and Ireland.
Before Lupa, he spent nearly four years at OC&C Strategy Consultants in London. He joined as an Associate Consultant in 2021 and left as a Manager in 2024, having first worked there as a summer associate in 2018.
He studied Natural Sciences at the University of Cambridge and graduated with a double first, then took an MSci in Physics, also with a first. His master's thesis was on sub-Doppler cooling of three potassium isotopes, and Gonville and Caius College awarded him the Duncan Bruce Memorial Prize for Physics in 2020.
